Welcome Address

Assalamu alaikum,

Dear parents, caregivers and girls,

I am delighted to introduce you to Dialogue Girls’ College; a 21st century technology-based Islamic Secondary School located in the heart of Kaduna and invites you to consider it as the noble school for your daughter.

Dialogue Girls’ College is unique in its existence, featuring conventional Nigerian and British curricular, life-long education with an Islamic ethos. We accept that we cannot write a girl’s destiny, but we believe and uphold strongly the verse of the Qur’an where Allah (swt) says:

Help each other to goodness and heedfulness. Do not help each other to wrongdoing and enmity. Heed Allah. Allah is severe in retribution”. (Surat al-Ma'ida: 2)

As an all-female school, we set out to share the dreams of parents who want their daughters to grow up as God fearing Muslimahs who will stand out in all the important phases of their lives, becoming role models in this life and successful in the hereafter. We seek success for all our students and understand that individuals have different learning needs; hence we work hard to create a safe, secure atmosphere, recognizing this important fact.

The primary role of our school is equipping your daughter with the feathers that will enable her to soar in whatever morally-upright direction she chooses, by the time she leaves here. Various structures have been put in place to create an interactive, challenging but rewarding and conducive atmosphere for learning. There are desktops and laptops computers for use in school and at home for every student and in every class. Our class size is twenty students max. The school mosque serves as the center for spiritual nourishment. Our several extracurricular activities aim to develop the girls’ physical, mental and social skills.

I would like to use this opportunity to congratulate you on securing admission into this prestigious school. We aspire that as you pass through DGC Kaduna, your journey will include a wide range of opportunities and rewarding prospects.

Sakinatu Nasir (Mrs)
